This generous support from the South Carolina Bar Foundation helps South Carolina Legal Services continue to provide free civil legal services to the most underserved in our state.
SC Legal Services is the only statewide non-profit law firm that focuses on meeting the civil legal needs of low-income South Carolinians. The organization provides aid to veterans, senior citizens, children, families, and survivors of domestic violence. We play a crucial role for those facing housing instability, navigating life with special needs children, preparing to enter the workforce, or struggling with the process to obtain public benefits, as well as those impacted by natural disasters.
