Job SummarySCLS seeks a Deputy Director of Operations who will oversee the day-to-day operations in marketing, communications, finances, human resources, technology, physical locations, and where appropriate provide strategic advice and assist in developing policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Economics preferred
  • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or relevant role
  • Understanding of business functions listed in the job summary
  • Competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and operation metrics
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
